Kristen Rothe serves as Corporate Counsel and Privacy Officer for CareCloud. Ms. Rothe is an experienced lawyer with deep experience in contracts, commercial litigation, and legal compliance. Prior to joining the company in 2024, Ms. Rothe worked for the Superior Court of New Jersey and later entered private practice to assist corporations and municipal entities with their business, litigation, IP, and commercial contract strategies and matters.

Ms. Rothe earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Dartmouth College and her Master of Business Administration in Sport Management and Finance from Seton Hall University. She also earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School while obtaining a Certificate in Corporate & Business Law. Ms. Rothe combines her multidisciplinary background with a commitment to excellence, ensuring that CareCloud’s business operations align seamlessly with evolving laws while supporting growth efforts and minimizing risk.
